I know that the vid is very old now, but, 2 questions: 1) how "tight" should the tensioner on the spool itself be? I think that for someone new to MIG, it's not easy to know for sure. Too tight, and I guess there's be feeding issues. Too loose and well..... WIRE PARTY! LOL 2) what tension should be on the roller that we clamp down? I'm GUESSING that perhaps just enough to assure that the wire moves freely through the hose and not so tight as to cause drag on the motor?//

Not being a dick but you just built a 4x4 so why not go pick up about 4 or 5 4x4s pre drill holes and just bolt them together then you can take it were you need it but the 2x4 one looks good

You didn't show the hardest part! How do you get the nuts off the back of the screws and then how do you put them back on the new motor ? The bottom two aren't to bad but how do you get your hand in there to hold the nuts on the back ? There's no room to get your hand in there!
